How much does delivery cost?


Our UK standard delivery charge is £2.50 per order, or FREE when you spend £20 or more. We currently only ship within the UK.
 

We use Royal Mail for all our orders. We will try to dispatch your order on the same day, (Monday to Friday), to allow you to start benefitting from our products as soon as possible. Please be aware that your order may come from different warehouses, so you may receive products in separate packages and occasionally on different days. 

Your satisfaction is paramount and as such we are here to help with any delivery issues you encounter. We will always work to resolve delivery issues promptly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Please order in the knowledge that we will do whatever it takes to ensure you get your order quickly and efficiently.

 

Our specially designed packaging means that most orders can be delivered through the letter box rather than being left on the doorstep, but this will depend on the size of the order.

 

 

Can I use multiple discount codes?

 

No. Our products are priced competitively and excellent value for money, so you cannot combine discount codes in the same order. To help you save more, we do offer FREE delivery when you spend £20 or more.

What is your returns policy?
 

We would accept returns of any item for an exchange or refund, as long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and the seals remain intact. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

 

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, before you attempt to return any item. You then have 14 days to return your item(s).

 

Photographic evidence may be requested to support your claim for damaged or faulty items. We will then process refunds accordingly on receipt of the items back to us. We regret that no refunds will be given on products already opened or for lost packages that we do not receive.
